You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Do you offer online therapy?

We provide affirming, evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples in New York and New Jersey. Our specialties include trauma therapy (PTSD and C-PTSD), couples and relationship counseling, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, neurodiversity-affirming care (including ADHD and autism support), and support for navigating identity, life transitions, and systemic barriers.

What services does Moodlab Psychotherapy offer?

Yes. We provide secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy for residents of New York and New Jersey. Virtual sessions allow you to access high-quality care from the comfort and privacy of your own space—ideal for busy schedules, accessibility needs, or those living outside major cities.

How do I book a session?

Therapy is a deeply personal process—some clients see meaningful change in a few months, while others choose to work with us for a year or longer. We’ll collaborate to determine a pace and frequency that align with your goals and life circumstances.

 How long will I need therapy?

Moodlab Psychotherapy is an out-of-network provider. Many clients use their insurance’s out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement, and we can provide documentation (a superbill) to assist with this process. We also work with Mentaya, a platform that helps streamline insurance reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We work with couples and relationship constellations of all kinds, including queer partnerships, non-monogamous relationships, and couples navigating cultural or neurodivergent differences. Our goal is to create an equally safe and supportive space for all partners involved.
