Stephanie (she/her) is a licensed psychotherapist at Moodlab Psychotherapy who works with adolescents, college students, and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, and life transitions. A native Spanish speaker with a background in crisis intervention, she brings a calm, steady presence to her work and creates a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.
With advanced training in trauma-informed care and LGBTQ+ affirming practices, Stephanie specializes in supporting young people who are moving through complex emotional terrain. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned—meeting each client where they are while helping them build insight, resilience, and self-trust.
As part of Moodlab Psychotherapy’s boutique team, Stephanie intentionally maintains a small caseload to ensure every client receives thoughtful, individualized support. She operates as an out-of-network provider to prioritize quality over volume—something many families value when seeking meaningful, high-touch care for their teen or young adult.
Her work is rooted in the belief that growth happens in relationship—and that every young person deserves a space where they feel seen, respected, and supported as they step into who they’re becoming. If your teen or young adult is feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are—and you want them to have a space that feels both clinically excellent and genuinely affirming.
Stephanie is a strong fit for clients who benefit from a warm, structured, culturally responsive therapist who understands the nuances of identity, family systems, and the pressures young people face today.
